In his role as President of Service Operations, Tom oversees business operations, client services and support. Key functions include development and execution of service processes and management of the national support team.
Prior to DSC, Tom co-founded ABC Services in 1994 with Hal Schwartz and currently serves as president where he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and overseeing service and support operations. ABC Services is one of the nation’s most trusted solution providers specializing in IBM power environments since.
Prior to ABC, Tom was a general manager for Diversified Data, where he spearheaded the service division into a successful and profitable entity within just 36 months. He then joined CAC Leasing where his business development experiences further inspired his vision to found ABC Services.
