I’d like to welcome you, or for many of you – welcome you back, to the “Data Protection and Recovery Strategies” blog. This blog was launched two years ago by DSC, which was acquired by Data Storage Corporation (DSC) in June 2010 and has been on a brief hiatus while we integrated DSC into the DSC operations.
We’re back and have lofty goals for this blog to not only be a “go-to” resource for IT professionals focused on the protection of their organization’s data, but also a platform for discussing a wide range of IT issues, even those that might be considered controversial.
We have spent the past few months assembling a team of bloggers from within the DSC organization that will regularly share their thoughts, opinions and educational information on this blog. In the past, we had just had a couple of bloggers. Now, with more experts blogging, we will be able to discuss a wider array of topics and be able to answer more of your burning technical questions.
I would like to invite you to submit any questions or topics that you would like covered by our team by commenting below. We see this blog as a valuable two-way communications channel for both our bloggers and readers to contribute.
Also, make sure you have subscribed to the blog by providing your email at the top right of this screen so that you will receive updates automatically by email.
Best wishes for 2011!
