Hal Schwartz is the founder of Systems Trading Incorporated; a technology leasing company established in 1997. He serves as the company’s CEO and president. Hal Schwartz also presently serves as the Vice President of ABC Services, an IBM midrange Business Partner and service company which he cofounded in 1995. The earliest achievement Hal made in his professional life was the start up of a lease asset sales division for CAC Leasing in 1991. This division was established shortly after earning a bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University in San Bernardino, graduating with the class of 1989.
